Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and must include all tags and packaging.
• Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable.

Return Process

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Securely package your item, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
